About Shipping
We ship via USPS Priority Mail, Parcel Post, or First Class Mail for fast secure shipping.
Your order will ship within 24 - 48 hours (excluding weekends & holidays) of cleared payment. We will send you an email notice with your shipping information.
Free Delivery Confirmation & Tracking is included wherever available.
Shipping INCLUDES Shipping Insurance. See below for more info.
Once package is accepted by shipper, delivery time can vary greatly. We cannot guarantee or control shipping time. Domestic USA shipments are normally received within 5 business days.
We are not responsible in any way (and no refund or credit will be given) for:
Carrier Delays, Acts of Nature (she's a mother....she gets cranky sometimes), Flood, Fire, Famine, rampaging wildebeests, disruptions from solar flares or theft by dishonest neighbors etc. etc.
Shipping Insurance
Insurance may be purchased from the USPS or an independent service at our discrection.
If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. DO NOT dispose of any packaging etc. Pictures of damage and/or actual packaging may be required for insurance claim.
Shipping Insurance is VOID - and NO REFUND will be given by carrier or seller - if your package is stolen, lost, etc. from your designated "Ship To" address. Once the shipping carrier delivers your package, Carrier and Seller obligations & responsibilities have been fulfilled. Please make sure you have alternate arrangements for your shipment if you will not be available at time of delivery.

I handcraft all my handmade items and I will on occasion use Licensed Fabric and embroidery for my projects. I have no affiliation with the trademark or the manufactures of the licensed fabric or embroidery. I personally make for enjoyment. These items are not registered products.

We share our space with a Collie. Although our inventory is made and stored in a separate sewing/stock room and the Collie "Raba" IS not allowed to lay on the quilts or take a purse out, we cannot guarantee a stray hair or 2 won't escape our notice and be delivered to you as a bonus.

While we ALWAYS describe our items honestly & completely , we cannot & do not guarantee any item we sell to be free of odors, fragrances or smells however faint, animal hair, people hair, bad behaviors or habits, microscopic bits & pieces of anything, alien dust, residual charms or spells, invisible time travel portals, hidden psychic imprints and/or supernatural forces or beings etc. (if they reveal themselves to us, we double the asking price).
